My son's Shepard

So I started my son's game to get a good picture of his Shepard. I'm going to use him as a reference for an OC in my story.
I have no idea how he made him, maybe he is a preset? It took him like three minutes and I think he looks awesome.

Edit: I think this is Frank, Garrus's best friend. He looks like the kind of guy, who would be a good friend.
